biography

Damjana  Cuk  was born on November  19th 1988 in Republic of Serbia.  She began studying piano when she was seven.  Graduated piano – Master at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Serbia.  Her accomplishments at various piano competitions and festivals, both as a solo performer as well as in piano duos are many.
She also participated in many professional  piano master classes and collaborated with many eminent professors such as Paul Gulda (Austria), Alan Fraser (Canada), Biljana Gorunovic, Svetlana Bogino, Vladimir Ogarkov,  Mirjana Suica Babic and Iris Kobal.
Other noted  performances  were at  Kolarac, Belgrade as well as the Novi Sad Synagogue. Damjana also worked as piano professor and piano accompanist in Music Schools. She has performed and recorded for Television and Radio. She develop an interest in other styles of music such as as funk,  electronic and other modern music styles. For the past two years she’s been a member of a contemporary alternative band called “Studio Alektik” performing original music. Currently she’s working on her own project, composing, arranging and recording her compositions consisting of various styles.
